Hi, I was wondering if there is a delay between the whole create-delete character thing? No, I don't plan to abuse the feature but if I try a character, lose a bit of sec status and then want to delete it, how many days should I wait?

Thanks! A plain example of clunky interface. The arrow that let you expand or collapse the route detail is not shown until you move the mouse over its hotspot, and said hotspot is something like 16x16 pixels wide.
